NORDPLUS Intensive Course “Sustainable Mindset in Entrepreneurship”

Sustainable development and sustainable thinking are especially relevant in the context of the European Green Deal, which aims to make the European Union climate-neutral by 2050. The green transformation of the economy is only possible if mindsets change and public engagement in implementing sustainable solutions increases.
For this reason, Turiba University, together with Lapland University of Applied Sciences, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (both from Finland), and Lithuania Business College, is implementing the NORDPLUS Intensive Course “Sustainable Mindset in Entrepreneurship,” which will take place from August 11 to 22, 2025. Turiba University will host students from Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland who will deepen their knowledge in sustainable business creation and development.
During the course, students will participate in lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and study visits. Participants will be bachelor’s and master’s level students from Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. The lessons and seminars will be led by professors from all partner universities as well as invited professionals.
The language of the course is English. Participation in the course is free of charge. Organizers will cover travel, accommodation, catering, study visits, excursions, and part of the leisure activities. Applications are accepted only from college, bachelor, and master’s level students. Upon completion of the course, students will receive 4 ECTS credits.
