Lithuania Business College brought together mentors of the CinnovatE mentoring programme for a follow-up meeting
On 26 February 2026, Lithuania Business College gathered mentors of the CinnovatE mentoring program for a follow-up meeting dedicated to reflection, sharing experiences, and strengthening the collective “mentor know-how.” During the meeting, participants viewed mentoring as a continuous development process – one with clear achievements, challenges, and practical solutions that help move forward.
In the morning part of the program, mentees shared their insights – presenting openly and in person what works best for them in their mentoring journey and what support they hope to receive next. This “first-hand feedback” became an important starting point for the mentors’ discussions.
At the follow-up meeting, mentors highlighted what they were most pleased about: motivated and hardworking mentees, the value of mentors’ experience, knowledge-sharing, and how new experiences and practical know-how naturally emerge. They also discussed challenges – most often uncertainty and the formation of a system (shared agreements, a steady rhythm, and a clearer structure).
When discussing what has worked well, a simple but effective principle clearly stood out: the most impactful approach is sharing concrete “tips & tricks” and speaking openly about experience – both successes and lessons learned. Meetings like this strengthen the mentors’ sense of community, sustain motivation, and help purposefully improve the quality of the programme.
We thank all mentors for their active engagement, openness, and willingness to help others grow – and to grow themselves. We move forward: from experience to even more focused action.
