Lithuania Business College joined the Nordplus Higher Education-funded intensive international course “Sustainable Mindset in Entrepreneurship,” which brought together students and lecturers from Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Portugal, and other countries. The project took place at Turiba University, Latvia, and lasted for 12 days. Students learned how to create sustainable business solutions, worked in mixed international teams, visited companies such as Gren Latvija, Getliņi Eko, and Sakret Latvija, and explored the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. 💡🌍
Each team developed and presented its own sustainable business idea in a short video 🎥. It was not only a creative and enjoyable process but also a great opportunity to apply knowledge in practice and see how sustainability can turn into real business solutions. 🌱✨
The project provided students with valuable knowledge and international collaboration experience while also strengthening their communication, creativity, and teamwork skills. It inspired young people to think globally and boldly create a more sustainable future! 🚀
Beyond the intensive training, participants enjoyed a rich cultural program: visiting Rundāle Palace, exploring Riga’s Old Town, and experiencing Latvian culture and traditions.
