Prof. Dr. Pat Obi – “Digital Assets in Sovereign Wealth Portfolios: Implications for Sustainable Development”
Honorary Doctor of Lithuania Business College Cyril Pat Obi, from Purdue University Northwest, USA, is a long-time visiting lecturer at Lithuania Business College. He not only shares his knowledge with students but also conducts public seminars and organizes scientific events for researchers in the western region. Prof. Obi teaches corporate finance, financial markets, derivatives, and business analytics. A dedicated student mentor, he also serves as a financial consultant for the City of Hammond. Professor Dr. Pat Obi is a distinguished expert in finance and global investments, with a particular focus on sovereign wealth funds, capital markets, and financial innovation. His current research explores the integration of digital assets into sovereign wealth portfolios and their potential implications for economic growth and sustainable development. With decades of academic experience and international engagements, Prof. Obi brings a unique perspective on how evolving financial instruments can support long-term sustainability goals while addressing global economic challenges.
