SAMExperience Project Comes to an End, but the Alliances Created Continue to Grow

Lithuania Business College (LBC), together with its international partners, is implementing the SAMExperience project, aimed at strengthening sustainable alliance management competences, collaboration and the skills needed in the context of the green transition. As the project approaches its conclusion, a newly published article reflects on the value created throughout its implementation and highlights that the end of the project does not mean the end of the partnerships established along the way.

Throughout the project, partners, students, professionals and SMEs from different European countries have shared experiences, learned from one another and explored new approaches to collaboration. What began as a common ambition to strengthen collaborative competences while promoting a strong awareness of sustainability has developed into an international network focused on creating a more sustainable and interconnected future.

Webinars, local dialogues, pilot activities and joint experimentation provided participants with opportunities to explore diverse perspectives and innovative practices in alliance management. The activities examined how collaborative competences can contribute to the green transition, how digital tools can enhance learning pathways, and how strategic partnerships can generate meaningful value for organisations and territories.

The project has also produced tangible results, including competence frameworks, learning units, digital resources and pilot evaluations. However, the value of SAMExperience extends beyond these outputs. The project has brought together a community connected by a shared purpose, curiosity, collaboration and a commitment to contributing to the sustainability transition.

As SAMExperience reaches its conclusion, the relationships established, competences developed and opportunities for collaboration created throughout the project provide a strong foundation for future initiatives. As part of the international project community, LBC, together with its partners, has contributed to strengthening a space where knowledge, experience and diverse perspectives can develop into partnerships that create long-term value.
