Lithuania Business College (LBC) is implementing the international project “CinnovatE”, which focuses on strengthening circular economy competences and entrepreneurship within higher education. Today, the project team, future mentors and members of the College community took part in a mentoring training session delivered by Saulius Alksnis (Idialogue). The training introduced key principles of effective mentoring, explored how to support start-ups, students and staff in developing green and circular innovation ideas, and helped prepare the first cohort of mentors who will work with CinnovatE project LBC start-ups over the coming years. Today’s mentoring training is an important step in ensuring that LBC has a strong, well-prepared mentor network capable of supporting students, staff and start-ups in turning circular and sustainable ideas into real, impactful innovations within the CinnovatE framework.
