Speak Lithuanian – a new learning opportunity at Lithuania Business College (LBC)

A new non-formal education program “Speak Lithuanian – Training for Customer Service Employees” has been introduced at LBC.
The program is designed for foreign nationals working in customer service, retail, hospitality and other service sectors who want to develop practical Lithuanian language skills and feel more confident communicating at work and in everyday situations.
The training focuses on practical speaking and listening skills – communicating with customers, taking orders, interacting in shops, cafés and other service environments, as well as handling common everyday situations.
If you want to feel more confident speaking Lithuanian and immediately apply your new skills at work, this program is for you.
