Erasmus+ KA2 projekto „SAMExperience“ finišo tiesioji: rezultatai, partnerystės ir tvarūs sprendimai / Erasmus+ KA2 „SAMExperience” Project Reaches Its Final Stage: Results, Partnerships and Sustainable Solutions
Erasmus+ KA2 „SAMExperience“ projektas subūrė partnerius iš skirtingų Europos šalių bendram tikslui – skatinti tvarių aljansų kūrimą, bendradarbiavimo kompetencijų stiprinimą, inovacijų taikymą ir žaliąjį sąmoningumą. Per projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpį buvo kuriamos naujos mokymosi patirtys, dalijamasi gerąja praktika ir ieškoma sprendimų, padedančių geriau pasirengti kintančiam Europos darbo ir bendradarbiavimo aplinkos kontekstui.
Šią savaitę projekto partneriai iš skirtingų Europos šalių susitiko Bilbao mieste, Ispanijoje, kur vyko baigiamoji tarptautinė konferencija ir paskutinis partnerių susitikimas. Šių renginių metu buvo pristatyti pagrindiniai projekto rezultatai ir pasiekimai – nuo „Alliance Manager“ profesinio profilio ir mokymosi patirčių iki sukurtos e. mokymosi platformos bei įgyvendintų projekto sklaidos veiklų. Taip pat daugiausia dėmesio skirta paskutiniams projekto darbams ir sėkmingo bendro tarptautinio bendradarbiavimo užbaigimui.
Lietuvos verslo kolegijai šiame susitikime atstovavo direktorės pavaduotoja studijoms ir kokybei, projekto tyrėja dr. Kristina Puleikienė bei Projektų skyriaus koordinatorė Eglė Brezgytė, kurios džiaugiasi įgyta tarptautine patirtimi. Jos rezultatai, sukurtos priemonės, įgytos kompetencijos, bendradarbiavimo patirtys bei užmegzti ryšiai taps pagrindu tolesnėms iniciatyvoms, naujoms idėjoms ir tvariems sprendimams.

The Erasmus+ KA2 „SAMExperience” project brought together partners from different European countries around a common goal – to promote the development of sustainable alliances, strengthen cooperation competences, foster the application of innovation, and raise environmental awareness. Throughout the project, new learning experiences were developed, good practices were shared, and solutions were explored to help better prepare for the changing European working and cooperation environment.
This week, project partners from across Europe met in Bilbao, Spain, for the final international conference and the last partner meeting. The events provided an opportunity to present the project’s key results and achievements – from the „Alliance Manager“ professional profile and learning experiences to the e-learning platform developed and the project’s dissemination activities. Particular attention was also given to the final project tasks and bringing the successful international collaboration to a close.
Lithuania Business College was represented at the meeting by Dr Kristina Puleikienė, Deputy Director for Studies and Quality and project researcher, and Eglė Brezgytė, Project Coordinator. They are pleased with the international experience gained throughout the project. The results achieved, tools developed, competences acquired, collaborative experiences and connections established will provide a foundation for future initiatives, new ideas and sustainable solutions.
