O kas yra jaunoji bendrovė?Tai moksleivių grupė, komanda, kuri sukuria verslo idėją, suburia komandą, numato visus reikalingus išteklius, ir pagal Junior achievement programą įkuria jaunąją bendrovę.Renginį organizuoja projekto “Klaipėda- Europos jaunimo sostinė 2021” “Lyderystės” platforma, kurią koordinuoja Lietuvos verslo kolegija .
