Second day of the Lithuania Business College Erasmus+ Staff Week
Second day of the Lithuania Business College Erasmus+ Staff Week focused on applied knowledge transfer, innovation, and interdisciplinary dialogue, creating value through practical insights from international experts.
The lecture “Developing Employer Collaboration and Partnership Programs” delivered by Tetiana Ivashkiv (IT STEP University, Ukraine) provided a real-world perspective on HR strategies and industry-academia collaboration models.
Further value was created through the lecture “AI for Sustainable Healthcare Systems” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zahra Mungloo-Dilmohamud (University of Mauritius, Mauritius), which explored the role of digital innovation in building resilient healthcare systems.
Another significant contribution came from Mg. Sc. Env. Kristīne Neimane (Turiba University, Latvia), who presented “AI in Education – Threat or Ally?”, encouraging critical evaluation of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning processes.
These sessions collectively created value by integrating global perspectives, fostering critical thinking, and enabling participants to adapt innovative practices within their own institutions.
The day concluded with a guided visit to Klaipėda Castle Museum, enhancing intercultural competence and informal networking opportunities.
